Guide to fix your clients for sky De and use on our servers

ONLY RECEIVERS WITH OSCAM ARE SUPPORTABLE FOR NOW TO USE SKY DE
1. Global config in oscam to disable cvc check for CAIDS 09C4 and 098C


Or add these lines in oscam.conf:

logfile = /var/log/oscam.log
disablecrccws_only_for = 09C4:000000;098C:000000;098D:000000

2. Reader config for our server. (oscam.server)
[reader]
label = xxxx.tv4all.top

3. Go to channel that has problem and make log:


4. It is RECOMMENDED version of oscam to be min. :

5. Test these channels and report each channel with log from point 3. Or download file /var/log/oscam.log
from your recceiver and send back to us

In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. Please for better support In "Report a Problem" section add this information:
1. Your client IP that is connecting to our servers (You can get it if search in google 'what is my ip address')
2. Your Username (You can get it from line that we provide to you (Example:  C: main.server.com 1234 username password
3. Your connection port to the systems (Example: In line C: main.server.com 1234 username password => 1234 is the port that you must provide )
4. The Satellite Name ; CAID or provider that have problems. (Example: Hot Bird; 09cd ;Sly Italy)
5. Please describe exact problem that you are experiencing  with exact time period that this problem occur. (Ecample: I having freezes from 08:12 AM to 08:30 AM or channel with name CNN with sid 0361 do not work.
